The pump assembly station is an installed unit on the bank of the purpose machine, its parts are fixed to a baseboard.
A carrier working with linear servo takes the pump to the different installation prcedures.
- Station: the engine is put into the seat of the car and then Barcode reading.
- Station: feeding of the bearings (axial bearings).
- Station: pressing of bearings (radial bearings).
- Station: Piston drum is inserted with a vacuum grip, then screwing.
